Modify this github action to tag the image with the corresponding tag of the application

Add a tag to the image corresponding to the version of the application

This isssue depends on:

• Validate consistent TS version across finesse-frontend github-workflows#65
• Implement version increment for finesse-frontend finesse-frontend#48

The same has to be done for flask application (nachet-backend and finesse-backend)

Ensure that there is a git tag set that matches the commit to the semantic version.

This would help with issue #126
