Permission denied to temp folders

When installing comfyui everything was successful, but when restarting after installation, there was an error that there were no folders: ipc_payload_res_webui and ipc_payload_args_comfyui in the Appdata/Temp folder
After which I created these folders manually and now it complains when starting that it does not have access to them. Although I also opened full access to the system and to everyone who can, but it continues to stubbornly not see them. And of course, I run all this as an administrator and moreover through Shell. I am exhausted and do not know how to deal with this. Help...
