Hello - your first issue is probably related to you not having access to GPT-4. Since it's not generally available, it's not the default model in the extension. Only use it if you are approved from the waitlist. Check dupe issue please #6

Could you elaborate on what you mean by second feature and third feature? Switching windows shouldn't clear unless you click New chat, we would need some more details to understand it.
