Currently, the localhost computer is configured together with and only for the default profile. I think this condition should be changed. The localhost computer should be configured for any profile if (and only if) a computer with such a name does not already exist.

With the current setup, when aiidalab-docker-stack restarts with default profile different from the default, the container startup fails as the localhost computer does not exist.
