Path changes for deployment & environments

Not sure if its worth a mention but for anyone migrating from a older Rudolph deployment, users may have issues with their Config path changed and receive a "config not found" when running the newest Rudolph version. Specifically for terraform/deployment and terraform/environments, not sure if we wanna have that already defined as a example folder in the repo and updated in the Readme.
