The v1/source_definitions/list(_latest) APIs should return the sourceType of a definition as it's defined in the source_definitions.yaml. This field exists in this file and is required for us to know in which category a source connector falls. With upcoming credits page changes, we'll need to know for a connection which type its source connector is, to classify that for the correct bucket.
