Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve

I want a single beefy runner accessible by GHA to run ci_connector_ops pipelines to test connector.
This runner must have

  • The docker engine
  • Python 3.10

I don't know yet what to suggest in terms of instance sizing but we could start by using the same size as the EC2 ephemeral runner we are currently using for /test.

  • We need Conor's help
  • Automate this some how. Don't use AMI. Probably Terraform?

The infra and dagger teams are working on provisioning warm (beefy) runners for our testing infrastructure.
It's currently a work in progress (e.g this PR)

I removed the complexity estimate because as this is not something our team is working on.
