Meturalugic levels are in, alpha/beta/ga is out!

  • CAT should be OK...
  • CI Check - modified GA connectors == high_strictness. This should be moved to to "critical"
  • Releasing to cloud should be OK (doesn't consider release stage, and might be paused soon)...
    • double-check the pandas dataframe

@sherifnada says:

“any core(critical?) connector should have high strictness anyways, so i think for all intents and purposes in CAT core == GA strictness"

note: the messages we print in github action failures need to be opaque.
