Problem description (if applicable)
We currently install and use older version of docker packages: docker.io runc
They are outdated and must be replaced by new ones: docker-ce docker-ce-cli containerd.io

Proposed change
Modify appropriate ansible playbooks to install latest version of docker packages. Remove old docker.io mentions.

Potential impacts
None.
