IE Issue: Single click in editor cause it to scroll up above top of editor source element

Hi,

I have run into this issue where in IE (Tested in IE8, IE9, IE10) when you click on the editor, it jumps up a couple of lines under the top of the parent element.

To see this you can goto http://ajaxorg.github.com/ace-builds/editor.html using IE

I notice that this occurs when I use the latest from ace-builds (src-min-noconflict), but if I use the CDN http://d1n0x3qji82z53.cloudfront.net/src-min-noconflict/ace.js it does not happen.

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to be able to use the CDN at this time.
