We used the template

https://templated.co/ion

to create a website. The problem is that it uses skel 1.0.

We would like to have functionality such as "4u 6u(small)" to enhance management of different resolutions, Unfortunately that does not seem to work in 1.0. Do we have any options?

you can migrate it to skel3, just compare the template with baseline and you'll find what needs to be changed.
