Import Old Dashboard Cconfig

I'm migration my setup from docker to kubernetes. I have installed an new version of Homarr from scratch but i have saved my old dashboard Json so i would import to the new one but i dont know where to find it. The old one we had an option to export, import and duplicate dashboards, this new one we dont have that.
I want to keep using homarr but i need to import my old dashboard since i dont want to recreate from scratch more them 50 new services.
