Description

Rather than having tiles appear in the top left and forcing everything around to move, new tiles should appear in the next available space. If you really wanted to get fancy, you could have the page scroll down to where the new tile got dropped upon creation.

I'd really like this feature because it annoys me that I have to reorganize everything that got shifted whenever a new tile is created.

Priority

Low (Nice-to-have)

Can you try and tell us if this issue still happens as of the latest image ? v0.14.0 ?

Hello, new user here,
i just installed and configured Homarr and have to say: Great Work 👍

But this issue here is one that I immediatly noticed and was annoyed by.

I use this docker image, i think it should be the latest one:
ghcr.io/ajnart/homarr latest 64f08324f08f 3 weeks ago 663MB

according to the temp_package.json inside the container it's v0.15.2

on another node, while searching for my version number, i stumbled upon this feature request

#93

it seems like it got implemented once but got lost again in a regression. Would be really handy in cases like these...

This feature will be part of v1.0, see #1993
