runCaSpER Error #70

Hi,

The runCaSpER function results in the following error:

final.objects <- runCaSpER(object)
Performing recursive median filtering...
Error in maf_temp[which(as.character(maf_temp$chr) == as.character(m)), :
incorrect number of dimensions

I am using the 0.2.0 version of CaSpER.

It would be great if you have some insight into this
