Tweaks and System sections not working (ios 10.3.1 Meridian, iPhone7)

Both the System tabs and Tweaks aren't working, but apps and social networking are. As stated in the title i'm on 10.3.1 with my iphone 7 running meridian

This is a literal 3-year-old issue at this point, but I was not able to reproduce this at least on iOS 10.2.1 (which is the only iOS 10 version I have access to).

This may be related to issue #39 — the issues being experienced there are regarding the same iOS version, but with a different (and similar) jailbreak.
