Validate missing user defined component references

Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As a Developer, I need clear feedback when my zilla.yaml config is misconfigured. If I Include or misspell the wrong component names, Zilla should alert me about the incorrect component name.

Acceptance criteria

• Zilla alerts on startup of any misconfigured component names
• Zilla uses the incorrectly configured name of the component

Check for correctly configured User-defined references for these components:

• Vaults
• Guards
• Catalogs
