Are you having problems using submodules in atom with this package? Check out this thread.

Are you running MacOs 10.12 Sierra and having issues pulling/pushing? Check out this comment.

Did you update the package and you are seeing this message Failed to load the git-plus package? Run apm install from the package's directory and restart atom.

[Atom freezes when 'add project folder' is used to add large number of git projects in a single attempt]

Steps to reproduce:

  1. -- Go to file > add project folder
  2. -- select multiple git projects (seen when selecting 6+ projects) and click open
  3. -- Atom freezes and after a while shows an alert to either force close or keep waiting for it to become responsive.

Workaround:
The same number of projects can added without encountering the issue by disabling git-plus.
Git-plus can be enabled back again once the folders have been added.

Machine used:
Macbook pro, running mac OS sierra (version 10.12.6) Early 2015 model
with 3.1Ghz Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB DDR3 RAM
