update on rubygems

Hello. I noticed the rubygems version is not as up to date as the one in this repo. I notice because of the last 4 lines of the translation to english (activerecord.models.decidim/calendar) are not present in the rubygems repository. Obviously i resolved it pointing to this repository but am opening this issue to let you know of this.
