[epic] Add domain-specific tutorials: showcase use of AutoEmulate in end-to-end pipelines

Objective

Demonstrate the value of the AutoEmulate software package by showcasing its cross-disciplinary applicability through a series of domain-specific tutorials. These tutorials will highlight integration of AutoEmulate into end-to-end pipelines, providing clear examples of how the package can be leveraged in various fields.

Scope

The tutorials will:

• Utilize standard simulators and datasets relevant to each domain.
• Showcase an end-to-end pipeline, including:
  - Data loading
  - Simulation
  - Emulation
  - Insight generation
• Highlight the benefits of emulation:
  • resource efficiency (e.g., comparing resources between traditional simulation and emulation).

• Cardiac Model Parameter Exploration: Emulation-Driven Sensitivity Analysis
• Natural environment example
• Shipping example
