If selecting some watches, then dragging them elsewhere to another group or just a different spot within the same group, you could previously move those watches.

Version Regression Started

0.8.0
Windows & Linux both confirmed.

Current Behavior

Click+dragging watches does nothing

Expected Behavior

Click+dragging watches should move them to where they are dropped.
