[BUG] - Unable to delete or edit bookmarks

Sorry, I can't offer much information about how to reproduce this, but I want to record that this is happening.

For all of my bookmarks, if I go to the file where the bookmark is, the blue 'bookmark' icon no long appears in the side gutter. However, I can still click on the bookmark in the side panel and it will take me to the correct place in the file.

For some bookmarks, probably slightly older ones (like, a couple weeks), I can no longer edit or delete them. When I try to, VSCode throws an error.

The only way I could find to 'fix' this was to use the command to "clear all bookmarks". New bookmarks I create don't have this issue, so I can't provide what the error was.

I've been using this bookmarks extension for years, on multiple computers, and this is the first time this has happened.
