[FEATURE] - New Action: "Jump to Next/Previous" but only within the same file

Currently "Jump to Next/Previous" action will move you across all the bookmarks in the workspace. However it's sometimes desirable to only jump over bookmarks withing same file. I.e. if you have large amount of bookmarks across workspace, it might take a while to cycle to the ones that belong only to the same file.

There seems to be already a setting for this. Try setting "bookmarks.navigateThroughAllFiles": false in your file settings.json.
