Add burned and locked tokens stats on the explorer #309

A user on Discord asked for:

it would be interesting to "see more" on the supply section of the explorer. In that section it would be great to follow the metric of circulation, burned and locked, even better if there is a way to show the unlock date and quantity in a simple graph. This would help clarify the state of the tokenomics that "quick readers" are not aware of
