Curious why no Merge Request is created with the GStreamer repository?

Hello, i don't know if this is conform to the quality standard of the official repository. Probably they'd prefer to add a property to videoscale, something like keep-ratio, but this is a wrapper that uses videoscale internally, so it's not possible.
