Can't select Direct DB Connection in Grafana 7.1.5 with Zabbix 5.0.3

Describe the bug
When enable 'Direct DB Connection' I can't select the 'Data Source', so this field remains empty and it always returns 'Could not connect to given url', while if I disable 'Direct DB Connection', it works.

Expected behavior
I want to enable 'Direct DB Connection'.

Screenshots

The combo box show the Data Source but it doesn't keep the selection, the field remains empty.
