Resolved problems color and severity set to Not classified

Describe the bug
In Zabbix Problems panel Severity changes to Not classified if Status is Resolved.

Expected behavior
Severity value does not depend on Status.

I cannot find a way how to keep severity level for Resolved cases.

Seems it duplicates #870

Is #870 fixed in 3.11 as it is shown in #583? Because this #909 problem is seen in 3.11. In this dashboard https://play.grafana-zabbix.org/d/000000024/triggers-problems?orgId=2
