macOS can’t find game files

Hello
I am trying to download fallout 1 onto my IPhone, and I managed to get AltStore downloaded and working. The Fallout icon is on my phone and shows up in files via Finder on Mac. I own the game on GOG and have downloaded it several different ways, but I do not understand how to find the .DAT files or what to do with them once I find them. I can clarify anything if needed, I would really appreciate some guidance, thank you!!

I ran into this with the GOG installers. Check out this PR for some help hopefully.
