Not all of response is highlighted, some cut-off

With 3 line reponses from the PC during dialogues, only the first 2 lines of the response are highlighted on mouseover. Additionally, the top of the third lines text is cut-off.

If the upper dialogue is changed (but same number of characters) it changes the length of the lines, and the issues is eliminated:
