New maintainer needed

Hello, guys.

This role is quite useful and somewhat popular, but it has a lot of bugs and a lot of space to improve. It was used to spin up rabbitmq cluster for OpenStack installation couple of years ago. Unfortunately, it was abandoned since, and I have no time (and for me it's meaningless) to support this role.

So if you're willing to help, have some spare time, please don't let this role die -- it's pretty hard to find production ready fully-featured role for ansible. I can provide you write access to this repo, or fork it and I'll make deprecations to README, or whatever proposals may come.

P.S. There're ~14 PRs, WOW, and I don't have time to deal with it, sorry.

I am currently actively working with RabbitMQ for my employer, hence my involvement in the repo. This is only temporarily (until our environments are up-and-running), so becoming a maintainer is not suitable for me, sorry.

I am in a similar situation, with the additional fact that we might be moving away from RabbitMQ, so I can't take it up, sorry.
