After upgrading to React 18, when the country code select button is clicked, the dropdown appears for a moment on the left side of the screen before it's positioned on top of the select button/input:

MUI-phone-dropdown-React-18

It didn't happen with React 17.

This package (https://github.com/viclafouch/mui-tel-input) handles this problem, supports both React 17 / 18
