A prototypical identity API supporting:
- Names (and not just first/last)
- Nationalities
- Affiliations and roles
- Sex
- Source documents, and the personal information they attest
- Publishing data changes to AMQP
Make rabbitmq available on localhost with a guest:guest administrator account.
