Repeating Appointments and/or Multiple Selections

In addition to #1432, it would be useful to be able to schedule multiple items at once or repeating events.

Two example cases:

A speaker is requested to deliver a talk on Friday and Saturday, and a he is requested to speak again on Sunday for the same client but a completely different venue.

A counselor is requested to meet every other week.
