Hi nh-live,
MxGraph libs changes fill color in auto like draw.io if it not defined,
Test it on draw.io and you'll see that fill border changed.
The solution is simple but not friendly in current version :

1. Copy rule with the button
2. Change "color mode" to stroke in the copy of rule.

I think i'all add a new mode "Fill and Stroke" in color mode for this use case.

It's not made by me. It's a default template for draw.io. I don't think it's going to restrict you from sharing it.
