Subject of the issue

algokit goal wallet new dev command fails with inappropriate ioctl for device error on MacOS

Your environment

  • Operating System: MacOS
  • Using AlgoKit

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open terminal
  2. Run algokit goal wallet new dev command
  3. Observe error output

Expected behaviour

Command should create a new development wallet

Actual behaviour

Command fails with error message: inappropriate ioctl for device
