Describe the bug
nacos-server: 2.0.3
user: root (can't be changed)
machine: secret(sensitive) machine， domestic linux os(derived from redhat/centos)

Expected behavior
startup normally

Actually behavior
startup failed, logged in the previous pic.

How to Reproduce
offline machine and os. maybe reproduce difficultly
