Site not working when deployed

Hello,
I am not able to make it work. Netlify plugin sends package to Netlify. On netlify i see status deployed, but my site says no page found, and checking deployment long it do not show any output, like installing hugo or something similar. Any idea what might be wrong?

Did you try the "validate" deploy first and confirm it has been deployed to the staging area?

In our case it's the same and the reason is that even though we don't have any functions, the --functions= is still provided with an empty value, which breaks netlify apparently.
