Fields: add prefix and suffix option #159

It would be nice to add a prefix and a suffix option to the fields:

number field
text field

In this case it would be possible to add a non removable text in front or at the back of the field.
Ugly example:

cloetensbrecht added feature improvement labels

benmerckx added backlog and removed feature improvement labels
