写入cellname的时候，按规范应该要写入类型string．这里没有写入，难道服务端做了同样的忽略？不然应该读不到正确的cellname啊

事实是，要以ｃｏｄｅ中为准，虽然和plainbuffer的定义不符，不然后端验证不过会报错．

也就是cellname的话，不写类型省一个字节，但是会有不少地方要分支处理．因为ｖａｌｕｅ的值不统一．
