[GTNH] Simple washer does not work in processing array #754

Expected Behavior

Simple washer works in processing array.

Current Behavior

It doesnt. Impure dusts in input bus, water in input hatch, but nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Make a processing array
Put simple washer in it
Put impure dust and water in
Start it
Watch it do literally nothing.

Game Environment

GTNH 2.0.9.0

Misc Info

Check all that apply ([ ] -> [x] - use a lowercase x)

Using GT:NH/GT:New Horizons?
Single Player?
Multi Player?
