Hopper collision box #758

From discussion in discord -- Change the collision for hoppers to be less annoying.

Currently the "aiming" hitbox is the whole block while the collision in world conforms to the shape of the hopper; change so the aiming hitbox is also smaller on the side so you can look past it/through it.
Make it so you can stand on the top and not fall in.
