[1.7.05.68] Iron Blast Furnace does not have recipe in NEI

Expected Behavior

Controller Block and Iron Plated Bricks should be craftable.

Current Behavior

Controller Block does not have a recipe listed in NEI, and neither do the Iron Plated Bricks.

Possible Solution

Implement recipes.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Click on Contoller Block in NEI

Context

This represents a step before implementation of the EBF, and would be really useful to be craftable.

Also include:

• Gregtech version: gregtech-5.09.33.02
• IC2 version: industrialcraft-2-2.2.828a-experimental

Just realised the Iron Plated Bricks don't have recipes either. I've updated the main text to include those.
