[new feature] add possibility to request for example sentence

when dealing with anki or so, I'm sometimes trying to search in tatoeba for example for some wordsbut if there's no result, I just can't do anythingmoreover I think most of people are translating rather than adding new sentences because it's hardto know "what the hell can i add"so it will be great to have a "pool" of words/expression classified by lang, where peoplecan add words they want example for, and where contributors can look to know what to addin the same time it will make the "community' aspect of tatoeba clearer, I ask, "a human" answer to meand in the contributor side "what i do is usefull, i see directly why i contribute"which is better than "maybe it will help someone one day"what do you think ?
