Existing workflow Report Lighthouse uses unmaintainable in-house action definition. It should be migrated into https://github.com/marketplace/actions/lighthouse-ci-action.

I would also recommend to inline Lighthouse report and Size report into CI workflow, or at least put both reports in the single file.
