All tagged itens- how? (bug? +FR)

Im not sure if its a bug- on advanced search i can add a query for tags+not contain+blank, and it outputs as untagged itens as expected.
But doing the same the other way around- tags+contains+blank... also shows as untagged itens.

I was hopping for a way to query for all tagged itens, regardless of the tags. Without an way to do that the only way to do such a query would be to search for all tags- adding each as rule, and there can easily be 100s or so tags.

Ideas:
-Fixing or changing the advanced rule so tags+contain+blank works as all tagged
-a buttom for all tagged right next to the all untagged button (bottom left)
