Allow incrementing exposure compensation by 0.1 increments with Camera 2 API (just like with original Camera API) #128

With the original Camera API, OpenCamera allows adjusting the exposure compensation in increments of 0.1. In Camera 2 API, those adjustments are 500% less granular (only allowing increments of 0.5). Can OpenCamera be improved, please, to allow exposure compensation in increments of 0.1 when using Camera 2 API?
