script to test nersc sfapi token

It would really useful to have a script that could run that tests the current tokens and logs the findings. Perhaps a method in nersc.py that has a lot of logging, logs like:

1. Found clientid and private key and prints the clientid being used.
2. Communicated with the nerscapi and performed a simple query
