how to get baggage information and cancelation policy while doing FareMasterPricerTbSearch ?

I have looked all over the API documentation for the baggage information but did not get any parameters that need to be set to get the baggage information like total and free baggage weight allowed. Also, does FareMasterPricerTbSearch also return ticket cancellation policies for each different kind of flight since each airline have different policies for it?
