I have more than 7 forms on my website. Is there any way to add more mapping fields?

I would like to bump this. I have several forms live at any one time.

@hideokamotoI Would it be possible to have an "Add another form" button to just add as many as required. Maybe even delete them as well? Just wish I could code 😞
