Not working in Wordpress 4.5.x Multisite

The plugin is not working at all in Wordpress 4.5.x Multisite.
I don't see the settings panel at all.
look like the plugin not working in multisite.
It working on single site install

Could you check error log on server?

after fighting that a little, couple of hours, I found the issue. it does working in multisite, but you need to active the plugin per site and not in Network Plugins Manager panel. you need to active it in each site separately.

• need to active other plugins separately: WP Mautic, CF7 and then CF7-Mautic. you need to active it last.
  now it working.

do we have an option to add more forms to that plugin?
we have only 5 now.

Is Contact Form 7 plugin already activated?
This plugin doesn't work if Contact Form 7 Plugin deactivated.
