Question of the parameter 'train_seg_conf_th'

Thank you for your work! I found that the parameter 'train_seg_conf_th' effects the model performance strongly on the ShanghaiTech dataset. After I reading the code, I found that this parameter is used to remove samples which do not fit the condition, but I cannot fully understand the definition of this condition. So can the author explains this parameter more detailed? Thank you very much.

I guess the condition is the confidence value of the 2D-detector of the joints.
